CEO of family office in midtown Manhattan ( off 5th Avenue) seeks a Personal/Executive Assistant. Candidate will assist the CEO managing all professional and personal contacts and activities. The ideal candidate must have experience, superb organizational skills, thrive in a collaborative environment and multi-task.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level c-suite Assistant support to the CEO including filing, travel arrangements, calendaring, expense reports, phones, and ad-hoc projects
- Keep CEO organized meeting immediate priorities
- Act as CEO's gatekeeper: prioritize and schedule various parties appropriately and schedule according to CEO's preferences and guidance
- Handle confidential materials
-Capable of managing people and high level projects
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
-Must be able to travel as needed
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word ,Excel and Social Media
- Strong judgment
- Personable, articulate and professional in presentation.
- High energy, self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks-organized and meticulous
- Superior time management skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
