The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the assistance of daily operations of the kitchen and helping to ensure the company’s mission is met, every guest, every time!

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a helpful and service oriented customer service approach at all time
- Ensure superior quality food and beverages are being served at all times
- Management of ALL back of house staff which includes monitoring staffing levels and labor at all times.
- Ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Oversight of inventory/ordering via our process and distributors
- Administrative such as rate changes, separations, discipline forms, and injury reports, etc.
