IRONBEAM, a CME Group Clearing Member and Futures Commission Merchant has multiple openings for a Client Services Support Representative. The candidate will report directly to the firm’s Senior Management and will be responsible for the following as well as other duties as assigned:
Responsibilities:
- Risk management with futures and options trading, including executing trades
- Assist customers in a variety of issues
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Monitor system processing with training provided
- Assisting current and prospective customers on using our technology
- Assisting new customers with the onboarding and registration process
- Troubleshooting trading software and setting up customer's for access to trading systems
- Assisting with the firm's back office operations on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications:
- Commodities industry experience: 1 year minimum
- Knowledge of futures and options industry is a must
- Outlook and General Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of industry trading platforms and technology
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy periods
- Series 3 Registration is preferred and training is available
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
