We are looking for a reliable and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing them with a warm welcome and assisting them with their inquiries. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Provide information and assistance to visitors, clients and employees as needed
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects our company's professionalism and values
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination3
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
