Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support for club activities and operations.
Duties: Include registering Hawaii United players with Hawaii Youth Soccer Association, inputting season schedules, creating rosters for each age group, club passing players onto game sheets, inputting any schedule changes,assisting with special events, drafting emails and parent correspondence and other duties as assigned.
We are looking for a candidate with a flexible schedule and weekend availability.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other office software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with calendar management and phone systems is a plus.
