Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
-Monitor and update retail website (Shopify platform) to insure a great customer experience.
-Technical skills to integrate and troubleshoot website actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers. This involves updating, and replacing API driven apps that share data between platforms, ie. updates inventory, invoicing, returns etc.
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify trends and insights that can inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven record of success, whether it be in academics, athletics or the arts. We are looking for a demonstrative history of dedication and loyalty.
- Proven experience in customer success management, account management, or a similar role.
-Technical skills involving basic website functions and understanding of API driven integration.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in business development is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks is desired.
- Ability to leverage technology to your advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities.
