Seeking experienced Administrative Assistant to successfully manage a multi-professional CPA firm. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our partners and employees: greeting clients, scheduling of tax appointments for seven professionals, tax assembly, and maintaining paperless database, office equipment, and supplies inventory. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to organize their work using, Outlook Calendar, Word and OfficeTools. If you have previous experience as a Secretary or Receptionist administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. Hours are from 8-5 Monday-Friday with 1 hour for lunch.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Tax assembly and scanning of documents into paperless system
- Assist in ordering office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Greet and Provide general support to clients as they drop off documents or come for an appointment
Skills
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
