Position Title: DIRECTOR OF CENTRAL OPERATIONS

Responsible to: SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Position Summary: The Director of Central Operations is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the centralized function of the operations group. This position involves ensuring that various departments work harmoniously to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute operational strategies that align with the organization's goals.
- Ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among different departments or business units.
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, to support operational needs.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor performance to ensure operational targets are met.
- Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and high morale.
- Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions as needed to meet budgetary targets.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data-driven analysis to track operational performance and identify trends.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in operations management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
