An Account Manager Trainee with us must have the passion and commitment to continue expanding our client base while enhancing their professional portfolio. We have been able to exceed our goals through collaborative problem-solving and devotion to helping others with an upbeat attitude.
Responsibilities for the Account Manager Trainee role include but are not limited to:
- Problem solving any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise
- Ensure all clients are satisfied, develop rapport, attract new customers, and create profitability
- Use both confidence and self-awareness during customer interactions with customers to relate with them and help them recognize the benefits of our client’s products and services
- Active in the sales process including upgrades, client acquisition and account management
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information
- Track metrics to share with the Senior Management and determine what training tactics must be updated or removed to increase the company's overall performance
- Providing excellent customer service and being able to handle inquiries and concerns in a fast and efficient manner
Account Manager Trainee should possess the following qualities to be successful in this position:
- High school diploma or GED is a must
- Experience in management, client relations, business development
- Ability as a problem solver and quick thinker under pressure
- Manage time effectively while multitasking and answering brand-related questions
- Ambitious, self-described “go-getter” with a desire to be the best.
- Willing to learn and accept training from other Brand Coordinators.
- Maintain exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
