Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team.
This is a the hybrid full-time position which contains 3 main blocks: office administration, recruitment and bookkeeping. The percentage allocation to each block may vary during the year.
- General office administration (phone calls, daily mails, stationary).
- Preparation and filing of documents (Word/Excel processing).
- Communication with suppliers.
- Posting job advertisements on job boards and other channels (HR guidance will be provided).
- Preliminary screening of CVs.
- Arranging job Interviews.
- Follow up with candidates.
- Work with QuickBooks (entering bank transactions, follow up).
- Prepare and send cheques
- Monitor office expenses
Personal Specification:
- Previous experience in an admin position
- Strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Strong IT skills and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and oral communication is essential
- Friendly telephone manner
- Highly organized; problem-solving attitude
- Flexible and willing attitude
- Russian language is required
- Fluent in English (or Advanced level)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
