A global provider in Nutrunner Attachment Technology and Development is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative. Must have customer service experience and an exceptional mechanical aptitude (Manual and or CAD).
- Interact with existing clients primarily by phone and email.
- Work with the sales department to provide quotes for new and existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers by helping them with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Help to set up new customer accounts in our ERP/CRM software and ensure they receive all the required paperwork.
Critical Skills:
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with current and future clients.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
