- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)

We are looking to add an Office Manager to our team of 10 to assist with a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities of Office Manager:
- Greet and address any incoming visitors or vendors at our office
- Answering all incoming calls, assess callers needs and transfer to appropriate staff members, voicemail and/or take hand written messages, etc.
- Order office and kitchen supplies
- Prepare outgoing and sort/distribute incoming mail
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports (hard copy & electronic)
- Assist with coordinating meetings and calendar arrangements
- Maintain strict confidentiality of the company and client information
- Assist with human resources tasks, such as employee files, onboarding, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
