Server Expectations:
- Providing excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a satisfactory experience
- Preparing and serving non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes
- Following responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Maintaining expert knowledge of all menu offerings
- Helping guests to make selections from food and beverage menus, suggest courses and pairings, explain any off-menu dishes, answering all food preparation questions
- Being a team player—support and assist your fellow team members whenever possible
