A leading supplier of industrial ceramic products is looking for a part-time Office Assistant to help with QC and office admin work.
The main job duties include:
· Assist with product quality inspection. Including visual inspection, dimension measurement, documentation & report.
· Assist with product labeling and packaging.
· Assist with miscellaneous office work (filing, data entry, light phone handling, etc.)
· Assist with order shipment when needed.
Qualification Requirements:
· Good working ethics. Reliable, positive and self-motivated.
· Great attention to details.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Basic computer skills are required.
· Good communication skills.
Expected working hours per week are 20~30 hours. Minimum 20 working hours per week are required. Schedule is flexible.
