Position Summary:
Support various initiatives, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to the growth of our brand. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity for hands-on experience and professional development in the dynamic field of social media marketing. Hybrid working schedule.
Responsibilities
Content Assistance:

Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content across various social media platforms.

Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and objectives.

Monitor social media trends to help keep our content relevant and engaging.

Help analyze performance metrics to gauge content effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Community Engagement:

Engage with followers and corporate partners by responding to comments and messages, liking, sharing an following in an engaging manner.

Assist in managing online communities to increase engagement and brand loyalty.

Participate in the planning and execution of organic and paid social media campaigns.
Administrative Support:

Help organize content calendars and maintain a quarterly schedule for timely content delivery.

Assist in gathering and organizing assets for social media use.
Learning and Development:

Stay informed about industry trends and emerging social media platforms.

Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in social media marketing.
Position Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in a corporate marketing strategy.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and content creation tools.

Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Highly organized with attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Enthusiastic about social media marketing with a willingness to learn, grow and contribute to the team.

Familiarity with Sprout Social and other scheduling tools

Creative mindset with an interest in content creation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Any coursework, internship, or relevant experience in social media marketing is a plus.

Working Conditions:
Lifting & Physical Requirements: Individuals may need to sit or stand for long periods throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques required.
