- Customer Interaction: Greet participants, provide them with an introduction to the escape room experience, and get customers started for the adventure.
- Rules Explanation: Clearly explain the rules, safety guidelines, and objectives of the escape room to participants before they begin.
- Monitoring: Observe participants via surveillance cameras to ensure they are progressing through the room safely and within the allotted time.
- Clue Provision: Offer subtle hints or clues to participants when they are stuck, ensuring they remain engaged and challenged without giving away solutions.
- Facilitation: Maintain control of the experience by managing time limits, resetting the room between groups, and ensuring all props and puzzles are in working order.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions participants may have during their experience.
- Team Building: Encourage teamwork and communication among participants to enhance their chances of successfully completing the room.
- Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond calmly and effectively in the event of an emergency, such as a participant becoming distressed or encountering technical difficulties.
- Training: Continuously update your knowledge of escape room puzzles, scenarios, and best practices through training sessions provided by the company.
- Maintenance: Assist with routine maintenance tasks to ensure the escape rooms are kept in optimal condition, including replacing props, assisting Game Over Tech Support team troubleshooting issues, resetting puzzles, and performing safety checks.
