We are a medical and recreational cannabis company that serves consumers throughout the state and have a manufacturing facility in the Bozeman area. We are looking for a hard working, honest, and dependable full-time employee to help become our Infused Products Specialist.
This individual would be a key contributor to our product development and production team, as we continue to develop our menu and build our team. This role focuses on creating and developing a diverse range of infused products, including gummies, fudge, caramels, tinctures, topicals, and other innovative cannabis-infused recipes. The ideal candidate is passionate about culinary arts, possesses extensive knowledge of cannabis infusion techniques, and has a creative flair for developing exceptional infused products.
Previous experience is NOT required, we are willing to train the right person!
Responsibilities:
- Recipe Development: Research, create, and refine recipes for a wide variety of cannabis-infused products, ensuring optimal flavor, texture, and consistency.
- Product Formulation: Determine the appropriate dosage and cannabinoid profiles for each infused product, adhering to regulatory guidelines and company standards.
- Quality Control: Maintain strict quality control measures throughout the production process to ensure consistent, safe, and effective infused products.
- Production Oversight: Oversee the production of infused products, collaborating with manufacturing and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and accurate execution of recipes.
- Ingredient Sourcing: Identify and source high-quality ingredients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining consistent product quality.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance infusion techniques, product formulations, and production methods to optimize efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, including product labeling, testing, and packaging requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, marketing, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product launches and seamless integration with the overall product portfolio.
- Research and Industry Trends: Stay informed about emerging cannabis products, infusion techniques, and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of recipes, ingredients, production processes, and batch tracking for regulatory and internal purposes.
- Production and Packaging: Maintain stock of necessary products for our stores and for wholesale buyers.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in culinary arts, food production, or a related field is preferred. Experience in cannabis-infused product development is highly desirable, but not required. We are willing and able to train the right candidate
- Creativity: Demonstrated ability and desire to develop innovative and appealing recipes for infused products while maintaining consistency and reliability.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to measuring ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring accurate dosing and product consistency.
- Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
- Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful in addressing challenges, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to evolving priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
- Passion: Genuine passion for cannabis-infused products, culinary arts, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Small details: Must be able to lift 50lbs and be on your feet for 6 out of 8 hours per shift.
