Job Description: As an Assistant Brand Manager at Elevation Academy, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of our brand strategies. Working closely with the Brand Manager, you will contribute to building and maintaining a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement and loyalty. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the consistent delivery of our brand message across all channels.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing campaigns to promote Elevation Academy's services and programs.
- Support the creation of brand assets, including marketing materials, content, and visual elements, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and positioning.
- Assist in managing relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure quality and consistency in brand communications and activations.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including awareness, engagement, and customer feedback, and propose recommendations for optimization.
- Contribute to the development of brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to expand brand reach and relevance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to branding and marketing, and propose innovative ideas to enhance Elevation Academy's brand presence.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of brand principles, positioning, and strategy development.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, social media management platforms).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
