CraneWorks is looking for a Senior Recruiter - Heavy Equipment- to join our team in Houston. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional candidate experience while playing a key role in building our brand and reputation at CraneWork’s 8 locations nationwide. Responsibilities:
- At least 2 years of experience in agency recruiting within the Heavy Commercial Equipment (Commercial Cranes) sector.
- Active Recruitment: Attract and engage active and passive candidates through various platforms, such as LinkedIn and our Internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Paycor.
- Candidate Interviews: Ensure a thorough understanding of candidate qualifications.
- Qualify Candidates: Utilize effective listening and questioning to determine fit with CraneWorks prerequisites and effectively match experience with client requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers: Identify and contact matching candidate profiles with a sense of urgency.
- Leverage social media: Use all available platforms to source talent and evangelize CraneWorks brand.
- Building our Brand: Actively contribute to establishing and growing our presence in the region.
- Meet or exceed targets: Strive for success by achieving weekly/monthly/quarterly goals.
Ideal Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree: From a four-year accredited institution.
- 5-7 years of recruiting experience with a track record of success in agency staffing and a focus on Heavy Equipment, Crane industries.
- Experience working in a start-up environment is a huge plus!

$95,000/yr. - $115,000/yr. Salary range:
The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
