SUMMARY: In this position theCustomer Service/Branch Administrator will work closely and support our Sales, Service and Warehouse operations Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Order invoicing, and billing: ensure accuracy and timeliness of customer orders
· Customer Service for both Internal and External Customers, verify and update orders
· Work closely with our Sales team to coordinate information
· Provide technical information, product information, and literature to current and potential customers
· Accounts Payable invoice processing/coding
· Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system
· Administrative support and general office tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must have excellent organizational and administrative skills
· Minimum High School diploma or GED
· Experience in an office environment with order processing and warehouse control
· Specific skills - computer software skills to include strong proficiency with MS-Office (Word & Excel). Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems a plus
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to work independently
· Reliability is essential
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
· AA from accredited school preferred
· Minimum High School Diploma and equivalent experience of 3-7 years in an office environment
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
· Ability to communicate effectively orally and written to Management and employees of organization
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
· General mathematics skills required
REASONING ABILITY:
· Problem-solving skills required, multi-tasking
WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to both office and plant surroundings. The noise level in the plant environment is usually moderate, certain areas required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
