We are seeking for a Client Support and Order Processing Manager for our backoffice team. A minimum of 6 years of experience is a must in the support and order processing area and a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
General description of skills needed for the Order Processing Manager.
People with the following experience/skills preferred
Managerial experience
Customer Support using emails, chats, phone calls, in-person
Order Processing using ShipStation or similar platforms
Google drive, Google docs, Google sheets
Ecommerce experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central etc.
Sales or upsell
Zoom meetings
RESPONSIBILITIES for Order Processing Manager:
Process incoming enquiries like phone, voice mails, chats and emails.
Resolve customer questions, enquiries and complaints in a prelesional, positive, helpful manner as well as possessing strong oral and written communication skills.
Order processing and fulfilment – This is a fast-paced environment, and the ability to multi-task is critical.
SKILLS:
Must be comfortable working with customers both face to face as well as virtually
Professional, well mannered and presentable.
Must work well in a team environment. This position requires collaborating with multiple departments depending on the customers needs so this skill is required.
Pay: $25 per hour depending on experience
