Front of House Manager Job Summary
The Front of House/Hospitality Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations. This position will assist with inventory management, financial planning, record-keeping, and ensuring the restaurant is properly staffed, and that guests receive excellent customer service.
Front of House/Hospitality Restaurant Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that all staff members are performing their duties in accordance with company standards
- Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with training new staff members and providing ongoing training and support to existing staff
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed and that all food is stored and prepared properly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
