What You Will Do:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Babio, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting outbound lead prospecting through cold calling, email, and texts (targeting over 150 calls per day)
- Contacting prospects in a creative and personalized manner
- Qualifying prospects by verifying and gathering information
- Identifying key decision-makers and understanding buying readiness and timelines
- Maintaining continuous follow-up with prospects
- Managing data and metrics in HubSpot (CRM)
- Educating prospects about the benefits of solar energy
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to develop content strategies for lead generation and nurturing
- Providing feedback to improve marketing strategies and materials
We're Looking For Someone Who:

- Sales experience preferred, but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken (native English mandatory)
