This position is not located in a store but at our corporate office.
The HR Help Desk Administrative Assistant is part of the HR Team, and also acts as the back-up person for the
payroll position during their absence. The HR Help Desk Administrative
Assistant is responsible for managing and tracking all the tasks related to
employee software questions, password resets, and assisting job applicants
and their respective store managers with the application and onboarding
processes. They will be assigned various tasks related to HR or payroll
functions. The person in this role will also track unemployment claims and
Workers’ Compensation claims. They will update forms and documents as needed
and pay close attention to detail when performing data entry tasks.
They will process and perform data entry for payroll and be the backup to the payroll administrator.
