Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant
About the Companies:
Leading companies in the audiovisual and film/TV studio industry, respectively, both located in Atlanta. Owned by the same individual and housed in the same building, these companies specialize in providing top-notch services and facilities for various projects, ranging from live events to television and film productions. We are currently seeking a highly qualified Executive Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support to the CEO and manage administrative duties for both companies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive executive and personal support to the CEO, managing administrative tasks for both companies.
- Handle logistics for meetings and conferences, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and coordinating materials.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and estimates for client projects.
- Conduct research and compile information for presentations and reports.
- Maintain the CEO's calendar and ensure preparedness for each day's meetings and engagements.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
- Lead office staff meetings and represent the company at networking events alongside the CEO.
- Conduct tours of the studio facility for potential clients and visitors.
- Ensure the office and studio have necessary supplies and equipment.
- Keep the office area clean and organized.
- Demonstrate a passion for the creative industries, particularly live events, music, television, and film.
- Exhibit creativity and strong tech skills in creating invitations, flyers, and marketing materials.
- Plan and execute live events at the studio, managing budgets and logistics effectively.
- Provide personal assistance to the CEO as needed, including running errands and managing personal tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and be willing to assist wherever needed.
Requirements:
- Part-time position with occasional weekend and evening availability required for events.
- Professional demeanor, articulate communication skills, and proactive approach.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with the ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO and the business.
- Strong tech savvy, with proficiency in software applications relevant to administrative tasks.
- Experience in event planning and management preferred.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 32 per week
