Avalon Institute, is looking to add a new Salon Coordinator to its team. You must be able to multi-task in a busy environment while maintaining a high level of customer service. Essential Job Duties:
- Greet all guests enthusiastically and professionally
- Answer the phone and schedule appointments for the student stylists
- Take and deliver messages
- Accept payments
- Assist with sales of products
- Maintain the school's image
- Other administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Front office experience
- Competence in computer skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Maintain professional appearance
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and pleasant personality
- Maintain a positive and courteous attitude at all times
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Previous customer service and retail experience is a plus
