POSITION SUMMARY
This position is for a Licensed Clinician located in Nevada & Maryland as a representative of Interdynamics Inc. Our Licensed Clinician will support as a remote clinician, during the school year, and as a remote clinician in our OMHC, and/or provide supportive services as necessary, to support Interdynamics Inc contracted obligations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and organize all activities in the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC)
Design and implement business strategies to assist the clinic in realizing business goals
Oversee the OMHC’s compliance with legal policies, guidelines, and standards
Ensure the OMHC has sufficient and qualified personnel
Organize and run all patient care or administrative operations and programs
Ensure all medical records are current and within state and federal laws
Act as a connection between patients, their families, and additional care staff
Plan and manage the clinic’s budget and approve payroll
Provide personnel with clinical training and opportunities for continuous development
Assume responsibility for budgeting and resourcing
Coordinate and supervise staff providing constructive feedback
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Master Degree in psychology, mental health counseling and/or social work.
Must hold a clinical license in social work, counseling or marriage and family therapy in the state in which this position is being offered (Nevada & Maryland) (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMSW, LCMFT, LMFT) and must be in good standing with the licensing board.
Experience with child and/or adolescent mental health strongly preferred
Experience working with students and families, plus community health and social service agencies is preferred
Effective problem solving and communication skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer
Must be able to complete thorough clinical documentation
Employment with Interdynamics is contingent upon completing screening requirements (including, but not limited to, Criminal Background Check and State Child Abuse Registry Clearance).
