Position: Bridal Service Sales and Management Specialist

Schedule: Part-Time, Mainly Weekend Hours (8:30 AM - 6:30 PM)

Duties:
- Observation and Learning: Begin by shadowing Adrienne to grasp the essence of our bridal consultations, from showcasing our stunning collection to finalizing sales.
- Consultation and Sales: Engage in personal consultations, providing empathetic, knowledgeable guidance through each bride's selection process.
- Client Interaction: Greet and entertain clients and their guests, making their experience enjoyable and unforgettable.
- Transaction Oversight: Manage the end-to-end sales process with precision, ensuring client contentment and transaction accuracy.
- Collaborative Support: Assist with various responsibilities around the boutique and office when not in consultation, aiding in our boutique's thriving success.
Requirements:
- A genuine enthusiasm for fashion and sales, with an eagerness to advance within the bridal industry.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of establishing strong client relationships.
- Driven by a rewarding commission-based pay structure, aiming for excellence in sales and customer service.
- Availability for part-time work, especially on weekends.
- Residency in New Jersey for a practical commute.
Compensation:
