OVERVIEW
We're seeking a fully remote branding and content specialist with a growing national health services provider. This is a newly created position that will partner with sales leadership and run campaigns on LinkedIn, E-mail and other social media platforms. This person will develop and deploy a high volume of already-created email messaging to educate the market about this provider and to position them as a thought leader in this area of health services and will track campaigns.
This is less of a creative marketing position and more of an analytical coordinator for marketing campaigns!
DUTIES
This person will be part of a sales team and will be crucial in determining the best way to disseminate the content created by the marketing team to achieve company goals and ultimately generate interests in partnership.
- Support field teams with email campaigns
- Develop and deploy drip email campaigns and targeted email campaigns (marketing team will write all content)
- Cultivate contact list of stakeholders, influencers and decision makers at small segment targets
- Capitalize on case studies, blog post, podcasts etc., written and created by the marketing team and figure out best way to disseminate
- Deploy broad email campaigns to position company as a thought leader and expert
- Deploy newsletter, pre- and post-conference emails, blog posts and other relevant content
- Track success of email campaigns to improve or pivot
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, health care or related field preferred
- 1+ years of successful B2B email marketing experience (content creation, deployment and metric tracking)– preferably in health care
- Great at crafting attention-grabbing email subjects and messaging in case messaging needs adjusting (marketing team will do the bulk of the content creation)
- Team player that takes initiative to learn about what the company does, service line, competitors, market dynamics, target partners, c-suite audience, and their general target audience
- Great independent worker
- Innovative and thoughtful about planning campaigns (collaborating with business development and marketing teams)
- Consistent at tracking success and using that data to improve future campaigns or pivot on strategy
- Critical thinking skills and ability to understand audience, content and cadence
- Strong written communication skills across multiple time zones
- Working knowledge of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), Microsoft Excel, ZoomInfo and Outlook
- Able to cultivate a robust contacts database through careful research and documentation
PAY/BENEFITS
- $60K (hourly position at $28.85)
- 100% remote position (can be hybrid or in-office as well if someone is local to Greenville, SC or Houston, TX)
