Residential Sales Representative
Daystarr Communications Owosso MI
As a Residential Sales Representative at our Daystarr Communications, your responsibility is to sign up 5-6 customers a week who can be installed within 30 days.
Key Responsibilities:
o The entire company operates as a team and sales especially. This person must be a team player.
o Enjoys working on a team since we plan, brainstorm, evaluate, and coordinate.
o Embraces whole-heartedly our company values and culture and live it out daily.
o Listen to other’s ideas, welcome involvement from other employees. Hungry for improvement and more sign-ups.
o Postive approach: must come to love our customers and potential customers.
o We have higher standards for ourselves than anyone else has for us so we strive to improve. We call it passion and you must share it.
o Ability to listen to objections and help formulate winning, thoughtful, respectful responses
o We serve not only our customers but each other at Daystarr (servant’s heart). It is the way we do business.
o Implement strategies to increase sign ups and secondarily to decrease customer disconnects.
o Collaborate with others to meet 12 (the weekly total) signups per week.
o We think, plan and evalute to increase sign-ups. This is our constant goal which is easily quantifiable.
o Conduct face-to-face (at times) interactions with potential customers to sell fiber internet services.
o Listen respectfully to to customers when they object, criticize, or complain or don’t understand.
o Be able to identify obstacles and help respond to those objections to increase sign-ups. But also know when to pass over to the office.
o Able to use texting, phone, and/or email to communicate with potential and current customers. Thrives on communication.
o Stay informed about the features and benefits of our fiber internet services to effectively communicate with potential customers.
o Be able to help customers by first listening and engaging our entire company so we provide the best customer experience.
· Qualifications
- Desiring to work closesly with the sales team and various Daystarr teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a willing to be held accountable for sales targets.
- Ability to respond to a changing environment with Verizon wireless, Spectrum, Frontier Fiber and other companies.
Benefits:
- Hourly pay ($27.00)
- Plus commission (one time per each sign up – based on customer referral)
