We are searching for dependable, self-motivated applicants who can inspire, encourage and motivate our individual's. All training and materials are provided. The schedule for this program is M-F, approximately 25- 35 hours per week starting at 8:30 a.m. Our programs are English/Spanish bilingual. Spanish speaking candidates with limited English fluency are encouraged to apply for the Spanish Language programs.
We offer a collaborative environment with lots of upward mobility. Our head administrator begun his career with only a high school diploma. With in five years he is the head program coordinator and part owner of the business.
If you do not have experience or education in this field, we will provide hands on training and certifications. If you chose to continue to work in the field, education reimbursement programs are available to all our employees after meeting eligibility period.
All employees must be able to:
Collaborate with director and admin assistant to enhance the successfulness of the program
Implement daily schedule within the community
Promote interactive learning and self-advocacy
REQUIREMENTS/PRE-EMPLOYMENT ASSESSMENTS
- Must obtain CPR/first-aid within first 2 weeks of employment (we will provide for those who don't have it)
- TB test and COVID negative test
- Must be creative and energetic
- Able to treat our adult students in a patient and kind manner
- Dedicated and committed to improving the independence of our students through life skills teaching
Required education:
- High school or equivalent
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
