Snell & Wilmer has a full-time opportunity for a Solution Center Analyst/IT Helpdesk Support in our San Diego Office.
This role requires the ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues within and beyond IT Services, to ensure that a consistent, high-quality service. This is a fast-paced and varied role, requiring excellent communication and customer service skills as well as a broad range of IT knowledge.
This position is Monday through Friday with occasional overtime, on-call, and weekend hours as needed. Our Solution Center works a hybrid model that combines remote and in-office 2 to 3 days each week. This position will be on-call as needed.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist users with a variety of requests
- Resolve issues by educating Legal Assistants/Paralegals/Attorneys/Staff (via email, live call using our ticketing system)
- Assist users with complex documents
- Quickly identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and other technical issues.
- Assist in managing/testing IT hardware, software, and server data
Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong Microsoft Office 2016/O365 skills required
- Law firm software preferred, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to investigate and troubleshoot issues
- Experience of working effectively within a team and collaborating with others to achieve a goal
- Demonstrable ability to think around issues and look at the wider picture to provide solutions through a variety of problem-solving techniques
- Drive, self-motivation, and ability to work under own initiative
- Sound knowledge and experience of supporting range of IT applications, platforms, and technologies
- Ability to communicate processes and procedures verbally clearly and accurately and in writing
- Develop professional and effective working relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Deliver a high level of customer service
The pay range for this position is $24.00 to $28.50 per hour depending on experience.
