Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with and close new clients from inbound leads booked straight to your calendar
- Schedule and conduct sales consults
- Perform daily follow-up to close deals
- Update tracking sheets and reports daily
- Contribute to sales process improvement by giving feedback and collaborating with team
- Attend all team meetings
- Minimum KPI of 5 call bookings per day
- 25% Monthly close rate
Requirements:
- Experienced in closing deals via phone calls and/or Zoom
- Must be coachable, driven, and understand consultative sales psychology
- Available to take calls in CST time zone between 8am-5pm
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $4,000 for the 1st 30 days, $3,000 per month thereafter
- Commission: 10% of cash collected on initial sale + 4% of residuals for the first year
- On Target Earnings: $120,000-145,000+ (Uncapped)
