About this role: Tricon is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer ready for a new challenge. As an industry leader, Tricon’s content is data-rich, and this candidate will be part of the team responsible for creating visually compelling presentations and collateral for internal and external audiences. This role will be part of Tricon’s growing Communications and Marketing department and work alongside and in support of the company’s corporate designers.
The ideal candidate has a proven background in design and eye for detail, a high degree of curiosity, and the ability to understand and convey business concepts and data through powerful visual storytelling. This person should have the flexibility to navigate a fluctuating workload that supports the team on items ranging from creating event invitations to producing market trend reports.
Accountabilities
- Produce on-brand materials including but not limited to presentations for business development and stakeholder communications, social media visuals, reports, event and marketing collateral, digital signage, and more!
- Work within a growing team of creative professionals bringing the Tricon brand to life for colleagues and clients.
- Execute across a range of touchpoints, from presentations to print to digital to social.
- Function effectively within a team environment with the ability to balance projects that support multiple internal clients – brainstorming with others, embracing feedback, and seeing the work through from early ideation through execution.

- Effectively collaborate with communication and marketing teams, business leaders, and internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor presentations, and design best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of presentations.
- Stay proactive, accountable, and responsive, adapting to any situation.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design; marketing or B2B focus preferred
- Degree in design-related field
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
- Experience transforming data into visual storytelling
- An inventive, original thinker
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Portfolio of previous work required, including examples of data visualization
