**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Route Service Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing designated routes, restocking merchandise, and ensuring product displays are visually appealing.
**Duties:**
- Travel to various locations along assigned routes to service grocery stores and stock merchandise
- Maintain inventory levels by restocking products and rotating stock as needed
- Ensure product displays are attractive and meet company standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize route efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Utilize time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Demonstrate leadership qualities when working independently on assigned routes
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in merchandising, stocking, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of interior design principles for effective product display
- Strong organizational skills to manage route schedules efficiently
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as record-keeping and inventory management
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
