Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Onboarding and Retention Specialist to join our Human Resources Department to help attract, hire, and retain top talent. You will be responsible for onboarding new employees into Mountain Land and implementing strategies to retain existing employees. The overall success of this position will be measured by clear metrics established by the Talent Acquisition Manager, such as the average number of days it takes to onboard new employees, 90-day new employee retention, and year-over-year retention.
With the support of Mountain Land’s Human Resources team, you will learn best practices for onboarding and retention and will be empowered to create processes that will improve our current approaches. Your day-to-day will involve working in our HR system, Paylocity, to onboard employees, conducting exit interviews, coordinating meetings between new employees and their supervisors, and working closely with our Human Resources team to ensure employees are getting the appropriate training to be successful in their roles.

Hours & Benefits: This is a full-time, fully benefited position that is eligible to receive medical, dental, vision, and life insurances, as well as 401k, PTO and wellness incentives. Benefits add roughly 20-30% additional income to the above pay range

Requirements:
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
