Position Requirements:-
Understanding of leasing and property management.

Proficiency in basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills.

Ability to close sales both in-person and over the phone.

Collaboration skills with co-workers, vendors, and contractors.

Access to and ability to drive a car.
Physical Requirements:-
Ability to accompany the Community Manager on property walks.

Conduct tours for prospective residents.
-
Deliver notices as needed.
-
Assist with emergency measures.
-
Ability to withstand all weather conditions.
Leasing and Marketing Tasks:-
Handle calls from current and prospective residents professionally.

Participate in training to improve skills.
-
Promptly respond to internet leads.
-
Maintain logs for tracking leads.
-
Greet and tour prospective residents, aggressively selling features.
-
Follow up with prospective residents.
-
Maintain organized records and assist in marketing strategies.
Retention and Resident Relations:-
Ensure residents have a clean, safe environment.

Communicate effectively with residents.
-
Monitor lease expirations and follow up with residents.
-
Handle resident complaints professionally.
-
Follow up on work requests to ensure satisfaction.

Conduct resident surveys periodically.
Financial Responsibilities:-
Collect rent payments and manage rent entry.

Prepare and scan bank deposits.
-
Monitor collections of utilities.
-
Review invoices for accuracy.
-
Prepare monthly financial reports.
Administrative Tasks:-
Maintain organized files.
-
Update computer database daily.
-
Complete accurate reporting.
-
Administer package receipt system.
-
Prepare lease paperwork and expiration worksheets.
-
Inspect move-outs and handle collection paperwork.
Management Tasks:-
Assist with decision-making in the Community Manager's absence.

Mentor and lead other team members.
-
Offer assistance to team members when needed.
