PURPOSE:
Under the supervision of the VP of Operations, the Operations Supervisor supervises the daily operations and maintenance of the Company facilities including: an Office Building, a Theater, a Garden area, and other locations on the property.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
● Perform/supervises the daily operation and maintenance of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and all other building systems as assigned by the VP of Operations including but not limited to:
● Perform tenant improvements as necessary including but not limited to construction and electrical.
● Responsible for training, scheduling and managing operations staff.
● Work collaboratively with Company programs staff to coordinate events and activities for the Company.
● Perform preventative & routine maintenance on building systems and special projects as assigned.
● Daily cleaning of all of restrooms and office suites (trash removal).
● Repair & maintenance of Company assets.
● Perform tenant improvements as necessary.
● Assist with Company events.
● Undertake other responsibilities as requested by the VP of Operations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills
● 4+ years of experience in dealing with janitorial, electrical, plumbing, HVAC preventative maintenance, mechanical, or building maintenance.
● 2+ years of supervising a team.
● Strong delegation skills.
● Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
● Superior organization and attention to detail.
● Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
● Ability to work under pressure.
● Flexibility to work some nights and weekends.
● Professional manner and strong customer orientation.
● Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.

Duties require planning, organizing, and performing a variety of duties applying a wide range of procedures and rules. Duties require attention to detail, high degree of accuracy, reliability, timeliness, alertness, and use of judgment. Also requires writing ability, creativity, and concentration. PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Frequently required to walk, sit, talk, and hear. Occasionally required to stand, reach, stoop, and handle and/or lift and up to 25 pounds. Must be able to check reports for completion and accuracy and to retrieve and transmit information. Use of general office environment equipment.
