We are currently hiring a Change Management Lead who will spearhead the OCMC work for major IT initiatives that need dedicated change management support and will offer consulting and ad hoc support for small initiatives, as assigned.

This is a Remote position.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner with product owners, process owners, business owners/subject-matter-experts, project managers and other teams to build an effective change plan and guide the team through change management activities
- Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by major IT initiatives
- Design, develop, write and deliver program-related communications to all stakeholders
- Identify key stakeholders, conduct impact analyses, and assess change readiness
- Support training efforts by helping refine the training strategy, gather document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
- Assess change management effectiveness as the program evolves
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance
- Consult and coach project teams and leaders
- Create actionable deliverables for the communications plan and training plan
- Support and engage senior leaders
- Coordinate efforts with other specialists within the company and on adjacent teams and roles
- Integrate change management activities into the overall project plan
- Help manage stakeholders
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Provide consulting services, as requested, for deployment teams across the enterprise
Qualifications:
- Proven success as a change manager for large-scale IT initiatives within a large corporation
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent active listening skills
- Strong team building and relationship building skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- Resilient and tenacious with a propensity for ownership and perseverance
- Forward looking with a holistic approach
- Organized thought leader, able to lead strategy planning and tactical execution
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills

- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Change management certification or designation is a bonus
- Oracle deployment experience is a bonus
Base Pay Range: $114,000 to $150,000.
Additional Compensation: Total compensation for this role also will include an incentive plan.
