Job Summary
You are a motivated person who is never satisfied with “good enough” to help drive growth in our organization by building and executing unique marketing campaigns for our products through various e-commerce channels and brick-and-mortar locations. We need a high performer, loves to learn, is detailed oriented, and is extremely curious about identifying new trends and technology, and is willing to stand behind their work.
This Marketing Coordinator role is dynamic. You will be responsible for helping to drive products through the new product development process, assist with go to market materials, and drive product awareness and sales through an omni-channel approach. This will include ensuring the entire corporate marketing and brand strategy is aligned to meet aggressive growth targets by channel. Success in this position means that you will drive revenue and profit for the company.
You will develop content marketing campaigns to leverage a full range of media, such as print, blogs, websites, landing pages, videos, emails, social media, PPC, and more for B2B and B2C audiences. You will recommend strategies and budgets to achieve the company’s growth objectives, then you will manage toward KPIs.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Embrace BDC’s Core Values
- Manage social media engagement, and engage with individuals and companies' posts related to our business.
- Create and managed an influencer program, including all communications, maintenance and contact database.
- Own the management of all product listings on various channels, ensuring all content and images are up-to-date.
- Assist with managing and updating online product content, including copy and images.
- Submitting creative request to designers as well as copywriters for all marketing collateral, such as blogs, emails, list, graphics, A+, content, etc.
- Work with marketers, designers, and copywriters to develop e-newsletters, blogs, and specific long form digital content to brand awareness through SEO.
- Work with the Marketing Director to execute the email marketing strategy.
- Manage the development of emails including campaign and automated emails in our email management platform.
- Own all instruction and how-to guides for packaging, data sheets, brochures or any other medium.
- Coordinate marketing projects from inception to completion for multiple business channels.
- Define and document successful procedures using best practices for all aspects of the marketing program.
- Assist with market research analysis.
- Assist Account Manager(s) with winning in-store merchandising opportunities.
- Research and be a thought leader for content marketing best practices.
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university is required.
- 0-3 years of experience in marketing, project management, or related field.
- Proven project management skills, excellent organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities remotely.
- Ability to create systems, follow processes, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with inbound marketing tactics including blogging, social media, video content creation, content upgrades, and email campaigns.
- Clear and concise communicator with strong attention to detail, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience with Shopify and Amazon Marketplace is ideal.
