This position offers up to a $5,000 sign on bonus. It also offers a low patient to nurse ratio, making work more enjoyable and patient care more meaningful. There is a $5/hour call back pay, and the potential for a 10% increase of your wage with a clinical ladder.
Provides direct patient care to neonate through geriatric patient populations. Addresses the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care related to the surgical environment. Communicates with surgeon and nurse anesthetist continuously, and as needed concerning patient condition. Assists with the maintenance of surgical equipment and inventory. Participates in performance improvement activities. Assesses operating room for equipment functioning and readiness, obtains supplies for individual cases and ensures all appropriate needs of surgical operating team are met. Monitors, positions and assists patient during procedure.
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Idaho

Current BCLS certification.

Current ACLS or Basic EKG or Arrhythmia-identification certification.
