We need a dependable, communications professional to join our San Diego-based office as a Client Services Assistant. The Client Services Assistant is a core member of our team and plays a large role in curating memorable client experiences.
Client Services Assistant Responsibilities:
- Create memorable client service experiences by meeting with clients directly and establishing genuine relationships
- Provide tailored product solutions based on their need and resolving service issues and complaints
- Expedite complaints and escalations to the appropriate department for swift resolution
- Build positive and professional relationships with clientele to increase retention and client satisfaction
- Maintain a working knowledge of our products and services as well as industry trends and competitors to have a competitive edge
- Record all client interactions and maintain confidentiality requirements
Client Services Assistant Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, client service, client relations or similar area is preferred
- At least 1-2 years working in a client facing role would be advantageous
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Reputation for providing excellent customer and client support
- Able to travel to our office located in San Diego

Pay: $45,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
