**Responsibilities:**
1. **Customized Training Programs:** offer input for personalized fitness plans tailored to the unique needs, preferences, and fitness levels of women over 40. Utilize your expertise to integrate glute exercises effectively into these programs, focusing on strength, toning, and functional movement.
2. **Semi-private sessions:** Offer guidance on proper form, technique, and progression to ensure safe and effective workouts that target the glutes and address specific fitness objectives.
- Training many women over 40, fostering a supportive and motivating environment.
- ability to train 3-6 @ a time in a circuit-type format.
4. **Goal Setting and Monitoring:** Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to establish baseline measurements and identify clients' goals. Track progress regularly, helping in adjusting training plans as needed to help clients achieve and exceed their objectives.
5. **Educational Support:** Provide education on the importance of glute strength and functional fitness for women over 40. Offer insights into proper nutrition, hydration, and lifestyle habits that complement their training efforts and promote overall well-being.
6. **Client Engagement and Retention:** Cultivate strong relationships with clients by offering encouragement, motivation, and support throughout their fitness journeys. Actively listen to their needs and concerns, adapting training strategies to meet evolving preferences and goals.
**Qualifications:**
1. Certified Personal Trainer with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with women over 40.
2. Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing glute-focused workout programs [optional].
3. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics related to various exercises and functional movement.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with and motivate clients of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels.
5. CPR/AED certification (current).
6. Knowledge of nutrition principles and their impact on fitness and aging is preferred.
