Our firm is seeking qualified professionals for a full-time, long-term position as a Bookkeeper. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in bookkeeping, financial management and other office duties. This position is responsible for ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded and conform to our company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and utilizes their skills in a positive and collaborative manner.
Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, in the general ledger and other accounting systems.
- Reconcile bank and investment accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and financial statement preparation.
- Process and track invoices, expenses, and reimbursements.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, receipts, and payments.
- Assist with the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory reporting requirements.
- Stay updated with relevant financial regulations, accounting principles, and industry best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
