Bartender
- Needs to know current mixology trends and experience in craft cocktails

Server Assistant (busser)
- Primary responsibility of a Server Assistant is to reset tables in a quickly professional and effective manner, as guests leave the restaurant. Properly serve food and beverages while also clearing, cleaning and resetting table for the next guests.
- Assistants are also responsible for grooming the entire restaurant and its perimeters, as well as supporting servers and service staff with refills and clearing tables.
- Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate guest’s request to server immediately.
- Maintain a high level of personal cleanliness and professional appearance.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs., or more.

- Greet the guests when arriving.

- Handle reservationa, take incoming telephone calls, note reservations and special requests by customers.
- Ensure that special requests from guests are known by the servers and bussers.
- Clean and maintain all menus and ensure that the proper pages are in place.
- Knowledge of all menu items, prices and general service procedures.
- Assist in table setting and general dining room maintenance during peak periods utilizing the appropriate table settings and service ware.
- Upon seating, offer guests a menu and inform them of their server’s name. Inspect table for proper presentation and completeness.
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
- Provide general information for sporting events.
- Assist Managers with additional tasks as needed.
