Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Manager to oversee operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food and hospitality industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant or kitchen
- Ensure quality food handling and safety standards are met
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns
- Supervise staff and provide guidance and training as needed
- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies
- Utilize Aloha POS system for transactions and reporting
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant or kitchen management
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Experience in coffee, hospitality, or hotel industry is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
