Job Duties
- Answering Telephones
- Acknowledge, Greet customers upon arrival
- Scheduling Appointments
- Confirming Appointments
- Data entry; electronically file invoices/ receipts
- Reconcile Payments, Check Payment Status
- Reconcile Vendor Statements
- Call Insurance Companies
- Follow up/ Sales calls
- Online Media Management
- Client visits
