Full Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedules caregivers based on location, experience, and availability with clients
Client notification on basic information on the caregiver, service start dates, and times
caregiver will be providing care
Familiarize caregiver with client information, typed directions, time and basic
introduction of client’s care needs and diagnosis
Create emails to send to all caregivers for notification for shifts staffed
Documents changes in client conditions
Documents schedule changes
Documents caregiver call-outs, shift refusal, and any other changes, including
explanations as to why changes were made
Confirms all fields in ERSP are complete, including reminders
Inputs Caregiver Information into the Scheduling Software Database
Documents all interactions with caregivers
Reports to human resources any status changes with caregivers
Documents caregiver absences and breach of company policies and report to human resources
Documents caregiver accomplishments and reports to human resources
Telephone verifications to clients
Documents conversations with caregivers regarding payroll
Keep extensive on-call notes, including client's first and last names caregiver's first and last
names and include all details regarding phone calls.
Document all Caregiver and Client files with all information pertaining to the account
Send email/text reminders to caregivers weekly
Create new client files, set up assessments, create and mail red folders, address labels
Input new client contact information, task notes, and reminders
Deactivate all clients in the system and close the file
MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO BECOME FULLTIME
Hours to be determined, need to be available between the hours of 7 am-6 pm Monday-Friday
