Large, High-Volume Collision is seeking an experienced professional with a documented history of running a seven-figure monthly collision center. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of being a leader of a large and diverse team and has a strong mastery of collision center processes to work with a leader in the automotive and collision field. Experience growing customer pay work while managing DRP programs is necessary. Our center has a consistent history of high performance and we are looking for a leader who is passionate about the collision field to take the reins of our location and our team. Familiarity with OEM repair practices and certification is necessary.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience in leading and growing a diverse team
- Vocational school diploma, I-CAR, and manufacturer credentials preferred.
- Documented history of performance with a high-volume collision center.
- Second-to-none written, verbal, and oral communication skills.
- Superb understanding of the greater collision sector landscape
- Ability to read, write, and understand collision estimates.

REQUIREMENTS
- Professional experience: 5-8 years of experience within the collision sector
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Commitment to ensure vehicles are repaired to meet and exceed industry standards.
- Lead and motivate a team to meet and exceed organizational goals.
- Experience managing to a set organization budget
- Industry, I-CAR or ASE Certifications are a plus
- Must be able to pass a background, drug, and motor vehicle screening.
