- Responsible for Business Intelligence Roadmap delivery for Crocs Go-to-Market teams, including Distribution & Logistics, Customer Experience, Consumer Services, and Marketing.
- Manage a team of data analysts, ensuring they are focused and supported in delivering on the roadmap while remaining hands-on with high-priority projects.
- Responsible for understanding end-to-end data flows and data dependencies in support of delivery, release, and change management.
- Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, and approval.
- Develop rapport with a large number of stakeholders, manage their demands, and provide unparalleled visibility into the Business Intelligence Roadmap’s progress.
- Partner with engineering to identify process gaps and develop new strategies that enhance our delivery and reduce rework
- Provide direct support to data consumers within our business teams ensuring they can successfully leverage our data and reporting offerings
- Consistently educate yourself in the latest features and capabilities within analytics platforms (Power BI, Snowflake, Power Automate, etc.)
- Identify and support Subject Matter Experts within the Go-to-Market space.
- Establish and promote standards and best practices for data analysis, modeling, and queries.
- Guide the team in the creation of global KPIs and enforce the use of standard reporting practices to drive a “one truth” view of the data.
- Seek out creative solutions to problems and opportunities for continuous improvement across all reporting platforms.
- Partner with engineering to identify process gaps and develop new strategies that enhance delivery and reduce rework.
- Responsible for solving data-related issues and communicating resolutions with other domains.
- Identify process and data gaps, define approaches to solution issues, and surface results with business owners.
- Define actions required to achieve global use and understanding of Tier 1 KPIs.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, data analytics, equivalent degree or experience.
- Experience: 5+ years in a Business Intelligence or Go-to-Market Reporting role
- Exceptional communicator across technology and business stakeholders
- Driven to discover new insights and create value for the business using with our consumer facing tools including Power BI and Snowflake.
- Assist business stakeholders with interpreting data, generating key business insights, and making data-driven business decisions
- Experience with a self-service analytics and reporting tool, such as Power BI, Qlik, MicroStrategy, Tableau or similar
- Experience in Snowflake or other similar cloud data warehouse and data lake solutions
- Strong background in supporting Go-to-Market and Operational teams Including Planning, Merchandising, Product development and Wholesale Sales.
- Ability to quickly absorb new business processes and determine cross functional dependencies
- Passion for data analytics, change management, and Consumer engagement
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; balancing strategic alignment with technology roadmap and emerging industry trends with practical delivery
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service; anticipates and exceeds expectations by solving problems effectively and making customer issues a priority
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected; must be a problem solver and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Shows aspiration in role by taking initiative with appropriate projects, tasks and job duties
- Understanding of structured and unstructured database management in a large organization
- Unparalleled ability to pay attention to detail
- Understanding of working within an agile methodology (i.e. Kanban, scrum, etc.) a plus
- Power BI certification, DAX, UX experience or Jira experience is a plus
